You’ll be the firm’s first Finance hire, with the potential to develop into a Head of Finance role over time.
The company offers a highly flexible working policy. You can work remotely, in the office, or a combination of both—whatever suits your circumstances.
Initially a standalone role, you’ll manage the firm’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and accounting standards, and oversee complex cash flows related to investment and trading activities.
You’ll be responsible for driving the firm’s financial strategy, including financial reporting such as the ICARA process, and ensuring adherence to capital adequacy and liquidity requirements.
You’ll lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity management, maintaining adequate capital reserves for operational and regulatory needs, with proper controls for escalation and reporting.
Ideal candidates are qualified accountants with strong experience in cash flow forecasting and treasury management within a capital markets environment or similar. Knowledge of MIFIDPRU regulations and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
