Key responsibilities
- Acting for banks, funds, corporates and sponsors across a wide range of finance transactions
- Running deals and managing client relationships
- Working on multi-jurisdictional matters in collaboration with international offices
- Contributing to business development, client events and know-how initiatives
- Supporting the wider finance team with mentoring and internal development
About you
- 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance
- Strong grounding in leveraged, corporate or real estate finance
- Experience with high-value, cross-border matters
- Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment
