Procurement Heads is pleased to be working with a Central Government Department to recruit an Interim Senior Commercial Lead.

Overview

As the Senior Commercial Lead, this role will support strategic decisions with evidence-based advice. Guide on political, commercial, financial, legal, and market factors to identify solutions and mitigate risks.

This role will lead stakeholder/supplier engagement, develop compliant sourcing strategies, and represent commercial interests at meetings, support end-to-end procurement, and draft key commercial documents with team support.

Key Skills

• Demonstrable understanding of Public Procurement Regulations (PCR15/PA23).
• Strong understanding of construction contracts (NEC3/4).
