Resource Partner – Professional Services We are seeking a proactive and strategic Resource Partner to support our business units in delivering high-impact projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and enjoys connecting people to opportunities that align with both business needs and personal development goals.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand project demand and identify suitable candidates across the business.
  • Collaborate with Resource Managers and Line Managers to balance development needs with project delivery.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in resource management within Professional Services or similar technical matrix organisations.
  • Strong tactical resourcing skills and the ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and prioritisation abilities.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills.

  • Experience with smart resource management platforms such as ProFinda is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.
