Job summary

Michelle Waterworth Recruitment in Nottingham is seeking a Head of Temporary & Interim Recruitment in Professional Services. This hands-on sales and leadership role drives revenue growth, builds client partnerships, and leads a new division.

You will grow revenue from existing clients, win new business across the Midlands and wider UK, develop temporary/interim/contract solutions, recruit and coach consultants, and shape growth strategies with an entrepreneurial leadership team.

• This is a hands-on sales and leadership position where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing client partnerships and building a high-performing temporary recruitment function.
• Growing and maximising revenue from existing client relationships
• Winning new business across the Midlands and wider UK market
• Developing temporary, interim and contract recruitment solutions
• Building talent pipelines and candidate networks
• Recruiting, coaching and developing recruitment consultants
• Creating and implementing growth strategies
• Driving KPIs, performance and profitability
