Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a Nottingham/Derbyshire team with a warm, established recruitment desk and existing client relationships.

The role offers hybrid working, autonomy over your desk, and the opportunity to develop a specialist market across sectors. They welcome candidates from all recruitment sectors who can demonstrate billing ability and a track record of fee generation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established recruitment desk and manage existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates and manage the full 360 recruitment process from engagement to placement.
• Manage your own billing performance and maximise earnings on your desk.
