Michelle Waterworth Recruitment in Leicester is seeking an Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment Manager / Team Leader to drive growth of a new division. You will work directly with the CEO to expand the business across engineering, manufacturing, industrial and technical markets.

You’ll lead a commercially minded recruitment desk, win new business, build client relationships and develop a team as the division scales.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment sales and business development success.
• Strong new business generation and client acquisition.
• Experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Technical, Supply Chain or Skilled Trades recruitment.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Winning new business and securing exclusive recruitment partnerships.
• Building long-term client relationships across engineering and manufacturing sectors.
• Generating new revenue opportunities through proactive business development.
• Developing and growing a profitable recruitment desk.
• Negotiating commercial terms, rates and service agreements.
• Managing and expanding existing client accounts.
• Delivering permanent, contract and interim recruitment solutions.
• Identifying new market opportunities and sector growth areas.
• Supporting the development of future team members as the division expands.
