Page Personnel in London is seeking an Interim Recruitment Coordinator to support higher education hiring. The role is hybrid and focuses on end-to-end academic recruitment, coordination, and guidance for hiring managers to meet timelines.

The successful candidate will advise on recruitment strategies, manage adverts, interviews, and offer stages, and handle UKVI-compliant pre-employment checks, agency relationships, and recruitment data to inform decisions.

• Manage end to end academic recruitment
• Provide recruitment coordination
• Support and advise hiring managers on recruitment campaigns to ensure timelines are met and provide advice on selection processes to attract the best applicant
• Advise on recruitment strategies
• Provide end to end recruitment support from writing adverts, coordinating interviews, through to offer stage
• Support with recruitment coordination and admin duties
• Initiate pre-employment checks and right to work checks in alignment with the UKVI requirements
• Utilise recruitment data to inform decisions
• Liaise with third party suppliers and manage agency relationships where necessary

The Successful Applicant

• Previous end to end recruitment experience
• Previous experience of recruiting academic roles
• Able to start at short notice
