Job summary

Confidential, a London-based higher education institution, is seeking an Interim Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end academic recruitment and provide recruitment coordination in a hybrid working environment.

You will advise hiring managers on campaigns, write adverts, coordinate interviews, support offers and pre-employment checks, including UKVI compliance, and liaise with third-party agencies to attract the best applicants.

Qualifications

• Previous end to end recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting academic roles.
• Available to start at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end academic recruitment.
• Provide recruitment coordination.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment campaigns to ensure timelines are met and provide advice on selection processes to attract the best applicants.
• Advise on recruitment strategies.
• Provide end-to-end recruitment support from writing adverts, coordinating interviews, through to offer stage.
• Support with recruitment coordination and admin duties.
• Initiate pre-employment checks and right to work checks in alignment with the UKVI requirements.
• Utilise recruitment data to inform decisions.
• Liaise with third party suppliers and manage agency relationships where necessary.
