Job summary

SeAH Wind is seeking an Interim Quality Lead to provide hands-on leadership across fabrication and welding operations, ensuring quality, compliance and continuous improvement during a critical delivery period.

You will work with operational, engineering, project teams, clients and suppliers to uphold and enhance quality standards, driving risk reduction and customer satisfaction through robust QA practices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within fabrication, welding, and manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading quality assurance activities within complex fabrication projects.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes including SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW and related fabrication techniques.
• Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of non-destructive testing methods (radiographic, ultrasonic, dye penetrant).
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes across fabrication and welding operations.
• Lead quality audits, inspections and assessments; drive improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation, certifications, procedures and records; ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide leadership to inspectors, technicians, and operations; act as main quality contact.
• Support training and competency development; promote quality culture and accountability across the site.
• Prepare quality reports, KPIs and improvement plans for senior leadership.
