Contek Recruitment Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for a hands-on leadership role in a regulated engineering environment.

You will own the QMS, maintain ISO 9001, lead audits, address NCRs, and drive LEAN improvements across welding, fabrication, machining and metalwork processes. The role demands senior quality leadership, strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to continuous improvement in collaboration with Production, Engineering and Operations.

Qualifications

• Senior Quality Manager/QA Manager level experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Proven ISO 9001 management systems experience and audits.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, machining and metalwork processes.
• Strong NCR, root cause analysis and corrective action knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the QMS across the business.
• Maintain ISO 9001 accreditation and procedures.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely actions.
• Manage NCRs, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Procurement to improve quality.
