Job summary

SeAH Wind seeks an Interim Quality Lead to provide leadership during a critical period of business activity and project delivery. You will ensure top quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across fabrication and welding operations.

You will lead QA activities, manage audits, and drive a culture of quality with engineering, project teams, clients, and suppliers. The role requires strong welding knowledge, NDT awareness, and a track record of improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fabrication, welding, and manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership of quality assurance activities in complex fabrication projects.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW).
• Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methods.
• Knowledge of NDT methods (radiographic, ultrasonic, dye penetrant).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence at all levels.
• Experience leading audits, investigations, and corrective action programmes.
• ISO 9001, DNV, EN standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance activities and audits across fabrication and welding operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and records.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001, DNV, EN and client requirements.
• Provide leadership to inspectors, technicians, and teams.
• Report quality KPIs to senior leadership and drive improvements.
