Job summary

SeAH Wind is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems within a manufacturing environment.

You will maintain ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance, drive continuous improvement, support audits, and work with operations to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes suitable for offshore wind and fabrication contexts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Health & Safety, or related field.
• Experience managing QHSE within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS maintenance and continuous improvement across QHSE.
• Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external audits.
• Monitor quality performance and implement corrective actions.
• Support incident investigations and safety culture.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers on quality improvements.
• Coach teams and promote ownership of QHSE objectives.
