Job summary

Panoramic Associates is seeking an Interim Compliance Manager in London. The role is hybrid working and on a six-month contract, paying £350-£400 per day.

You will lead statutory compliance across a large property portfolio, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to avoid risk. You’ll oversee renewal of compliance, audits, and contractor performance, implement data management systems, and align procedures with current legislation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in property compliance, facilities management or health & safety.
• Strong knowledge of gas, electrical, fire safety, legionella, asbestos regulations.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renewal and tracking of statutory compliance across the portfolio.
• Procure and manage condition surveys within timescales and budgets.
• Design data management systems to monitor overall compliance.
• Conduct audits and inspections, address failures.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage contractor performance.
• Oversee procurement and contract management for compliance services.
