Job summary

Boden Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Performance Manager to join our facilities management portfolio on a temporary basis until May 2027. The role is primarily remote (WFH) with occasional travel to sites, Monday to Friday, and reports to senior leadership.

You will develop regular operational performance reports, monitor trends, identify risks, lead review processes, and work with stakeholders to drive improvements. Experience with CAFM systems and Power BI is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to interpret performance data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and turning data into actionable insights.
• Experience with CAFM systems and Power BI is advantageous.
• FM or maintenance background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce regular operational performance reports across the contract.
• Monitor performance trends, identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce accurate and timely reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead performance review processes and ensure information is understood and acted upon.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review, analyse and discuss performance data.
• Identify areas for improvement and support actions to drive better performance.
• Provide clear analysis and insight to support effective decision-making.
