Partner - Interim HR Practice at Tucker Stone

Interim HR Transformation Lead - £500 to £600 per day - 6 month contract - London/Hybrid

Our client, a small but ambitious healthcare organisation, is seeking an interim HR Transformation Lead to support them for an initial 6-month contract.

Following a recent review, you will develop and implement a People transformation roadmap to enhance workforce practices. This includes areas such as recruitment processes, policy review (e.g., annual leave, sickness policies), policy compliance measures, review of team structures, and change delivery related to these initiatives.

Reporting to the CPO and working closely with the Executive team, you will be an experienced HR Transformation professional, well-versed in change management, impact/readiness assessments, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and pragmatic approaches. Prior experience as an HR Business Partner and previous work in the healthcare sector are highly desirable.

This role is hybrid, requiring approximately 3 days in the London office. We are seeking someone to start as soon as possible due to the urgent nature of the hire.
