We have a 2-year fixed-term contract opportunity for a Transformation Lead to join our transformation programme and support our long-term goals as an Awarding Organisation.
The role involves providing daily direction and management for projects within a Workstream, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating the case for change to stakeholders.
We seek candidates with expertise in target operating model design, organisational design principles, preferably within an Awarding Organisation. A background in Human Resources and Organisational Design is highly desirable, with previous roles such as Organisational Development Lead or Change Management experience preferred.
This appointment will be made on merit.

Following the establishment of our Foundation, we aim to develop our new target operating model, sequencing its implementation effectively amidst significant technological changes.
You will lead the development of an efficient, scalable, and compliant operating model aligned with our strategy. This includes analyzing current and interim states, creating a comprehensive plan for the future state, and benchmarking against industry best practices for innovation and differentiation.
You will collaborate with People and Communications teams to ensure ongoing engagement and support leaders as effective change sponsors, working closely with HR to facilitate organizational readiness.
You should have demonstrable experience in target operating model design aligned with strategic goals, applying organisational design principles, and leading change initiatives with a focus on engagement. Building relationships at all levels, including with executives, is essential.
A background in Human Resources, Organisational Design, and experience within an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Organisation is desirable. This includes experience in restructuring, role clarity, and implementing change outputs.
