Job summary

YourRecruit is urgently seeking an experienced People Team Manager to join across Redhill and South Croydon on a temporary basis for approximately 6 weeks. The role is part‑time with 3 days per week and flexible hours, 8:45am to 5:00pm, starting ASAP.

You will supervise HR professionals, provide guidance across the employee lifecycle and handle sensitive employee relations matters. Focused on you and the team, you will partner with senior leaders, monitor workforce trends and support payroll and

• Experience leading HR teams and providing expert HR guidance.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and casework.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver a high‑quality People service.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance matters.
• Manage complex and sensitive HR casework with stakeholders across sites.
• Support organisational change, restructures and consultation processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Recruitment and Learning & Development teams.
