Job summary

Your World Recruitment Group in Cambridge is seeking an experienced HR professional to work with senior managers, delivering specialist advice on operational HR issues in line with employment law and Trust policy. This is a temporary booking of about six months, starting ASAP, with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, based in office or hospital.

• Knowledge of current employment law and Trust policies.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective communication with senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR casework and advise managers on terms and conditions of employment to ensure fair processes.
• Support the ER Advisor to handle leave, pay, absences and performance management in line with policy.
• Attend formal meetings with operational managers per Trust procedures.
• Support complex investigations and disciplinary cases as required.
• Present management cases to Appeals panels and contribute to staff communication and engagement.
