Job summary

Marc Daniels is seeking an interim Payroll Consultant to run payroll for around 500 employees across London and Midlands sites. The role is hybrid with 2 days on site in West London or Middlesbrough and involves BAU payroll management and outsourcing coordination to ADP.

You will support process improvements, streamline query resolution, and enhance reporting within the ADP ecosystem while collaborating with Finance, HR, and Operations. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll experience across BAU and project work.
• Experience with complex payroll data, HMRC and pensions data is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run payroll for circa 500 employees across London HO and Midlands sites, BAU and outsourcing to ADP.
• Support the FD with process improvement projects and reporting enhancements.
• Support HMRC/pensions reporting and alignment with accounting practices.
