Job summary

MarcDaniels is seeking a Payroll Consultant for an interim project (4/6 months) with hybrid working in West London or the Midlands. You will run payrolls for about 500 employees, handle complex queries, and collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to drive process improvements.

You will also support the FD with data integrity, reporting enhancements in ADP, and strategic payroll initiatives. The role requires hands-on payroll experience and the ability to manage BAU tasks alongside strategic

Qualifications

• HHands-on payroll experience across BAU and project work.
• Experience handling complex payroll queries and HMRC/pensions data.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations and Sales.
• Experience supporting process improvements and reporting enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Run two payrolls for ~500 employees across London HO and Midlands sites.
• Support FD on process improvement projects and data integrity on payroll systems.
• Assist with alignment of payroll reporting with accounting practices.
