Marc Daniels in London is seeking a Payroll Consultant for an interim project (4–6 months) with hybrid work, 2 days on site at West London or Middlesborough.

You will run payrolls for ~500 employees across London HO and Midlands sites, handle complex queries, HMRC and pensions data.

Also support the FD with process improvements and strategic reporting, including ADP integration.

Formación

• Hands-on payroll experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Run 2 payrolls for ~500 employees across London HO and Midlands sites; manage complex employer queries, HMRC and pensions data; coordinate with ADP outsourcing.
• Support the FD with process-improvement projects: streamline query receipt/resolution, data integrity on TA system, enhance ADP reporting.
• Assist the FD with strategic improvements: HMRC/pensions reporting, align payroll data with accounting practices, TA reporting.
