Are you an experienced marketer with a passion for live entertainment? Our client is hiring an Interim Marketing Manager to support their busy team, and you must be able to start immediately! This role requires someone very hands-on in delivering standout marketing campaigns for exciting live shows. Collaborating with producers, internal teams, and partners, you'll help drive ticket sales, enhance brand presence, and make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing and executing creative marketing campaigns to boost visibility and ticket sales for resident productions
• Implementing marketing activations across digital and physical channels, including web content and in-venue collateral
• Serving as the link between producers and internal teams to ensure marketing support aligns with show objectives
• Using audience insights and first-party data to craft targeted marketing activities
• Tracking campaign results and providing insights to improve future performance
• Managing budgets, reporting campaign highlights, and contributing to broader marketing strategies
• Supporting brand consistency while introducing fresh, engaging ideas

What They're Looking For:

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in theatre, live events, or hospitality
• Ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and clarity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as a team player
• Comfort with data, digital platforms, and reporting tools to inform strategy
