Ganymede Solutions Limited is seeking an Interim Operations Manager to lead a Warwickshire manufacturing operation. The role focuses on improving safety, quality, delivery and productivity, with a hands-on, front-line leadership style on the shop floor.

You will drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, optimize flow and capacity, and work closely with Engineering, Quality, Finance and other stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements and sustained performance.

Competenze

• Experience leading manufacturing or assembly operations.
• Experience driving measurable improvements in OEE, output, quality, OTIF, cost or safety.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to lead teams through operational or cultural change.
• Experience using data and KPIs to identify problems and drive improvement.
