Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking an Interim Operations Manager to lead a Warwickshire manufacturing operation on a 3-6 month contract.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity on the shop floor, driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and delivering measurable performance gains. You will work closely with engineering, quality, finance and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production transitions and to meet customer and commercial

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing or assembly operations.
• Experience driving improvements in OEE, output, quality, OTIF, cost or safety.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
• Experience leading teams through operational or cultural change.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity across the site.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Improve manufacturing flow, planning and capacity.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Improve labour efficiency and manufacturing costs.
• Develop stronger processes and performance measures.
• Build accountability and a high-performance culture across the operation.
• Work with Engineering, Quality, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Support production transitions and ensure the site meets customer requirements.
