Job summary

Macmillan Davies, on behalf of a well-established technology organisation, seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes in Knutsford.

This fully office-based temporary role is five days a week, with an immediate start or short-notice availability; you will prepare letters, maintain HR records, assist onboarding and offboarding, and support confidential employee relations work.

Qualifications

• Previous HR administration experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law, particularly employee relations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Experience handling confidential employee data.
• Ability to manage repetitive, document-heavy tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and checking employee letters, forms, contracts and documentation.
• Maintaining accurate HR systems and employee records.
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding and absence administration.
• Updating trackers, chasing information and completing data cleansing.
• Supporting the HR lead with employee relations cases and confidential matters.
