About the role

We are working with an NHS organisation to find an HR Change Lead to support them with an organisation-wide restructure in light of recent NHS England announcements.

You will support the business through this change, including consultations, engagement sessions, and managing the process end-to-end with departmental leads.

Applicants must have recent and extensive NHS experience, which is essential. Without this, we cannot consider your application.

Strong experience in managing change from an HR perspective is required, as redundancies may be part of this process.

This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with a salary up to £72,000.

Please note: This role is mostly remote, with on-site presence required only once a month near Swindon.

You must be available to start in mid-June.
