Darter is on the hunt for a game-changing Principal Change Consultant to help shape our Change practice from the ground up. We’re a fast-growing Digital Strategy Consultancy with clients across Defence, Public Sector, Aerospace, and Technology. Having more than doubled in size year-on-year, we’re building a team of superstars who want to grow with us and help define what’s next.

What You'll Do

• Lead high-impact change projects across a range of sectors
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives, understanding their strategic goals
• Manage project teams, budgets, and timelines while delivering real-world value
• Share insights, create compelling reporting, and contribute to reusable IP

Practice & Business Growth

• Shape and scale Darter’s Change capability
• Drive business development—from identifying leads to closing deals
• Build market visibility through thought leadership (articles, events, white papers)
• Help run the business, from internal ops to new service lines

What We're Looking For

You're an experienced change leader who’s delivered major transformation projects and helped grow a consulting business. You're comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in solving problems, and have the drive to help build something new.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years in consulting with deep change/transformation experience
• Strong track record in client relationships, sales, and delivery
• Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model)
• Comfortable leading organisation design and operating model work
• Experience developing teams and mentoring future leaders
• Its a bonus if you have experience in UK Public Sector or data governance
• Must be able to hold UK Security Clearance
