The role offers a three-month assignment with autonomy and pragmatic, commercially-focused HR support to drive immediate value within a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• An experienced HR professional with exposure to employee relations (ER) matters.
• Comfortable managing complex ER cases independently.
• Experience working across multi-site or operational environments.
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to establish credibility quickly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex disciplinary, grievance and employee relations cases.
• Providing expert support on absence management and sickness issues.
• Resolving performance, capability and conduct matters.
• Leading workplace investigations and fact-finding processes.
• Supporting organisational change, restructures and redundancy programmes.
• Coaching, influencing and advising key stakeholders on people-related matters.
