Qualifications

• Significant experience as an HR BP, ideally in local government.
• Strong track record supporting restructures and organisational change.
• Confident advising senior stakeholders on complex HR and employee relations matters.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support throughout a major organisational restructure.
• Support workforce planning, organisational change and employee relations matters.
