The successful candidate will ensure compliance with employment legislation and council policies, helping to drive workforce transformation and people-related challenges across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an HR BP, ideally in local government.
• Strong track record supporting restructures and organisational change.
• Confident advising senior stakeholders on complex HR and employee relations matters.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation and workforce planning.
