Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd seeks an Interim Systems Implementation Lead (Housing) to drive organisational change across Housing Services. You will translate the IT roadmap into reliable, digital workflows, reporting and efficient processes.

You will lead design, testing, rollout and continuous improvement of modules within MRI Enterprise, coordinating with IT, suppliers and service managers to deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housing IT systems implementations and digital transformation.
• Strong project and programme management in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of housing management and IT system design.
• Experience with UAT, data quality, and process mapping.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead housing IT roadmap programme and report to senior leadership.
• Coordinate full implementation lifecycle: process design, data validation, testing, go-live.
• Manage suppliers and external consultants to meet requirements.
• Support system integration, documentation, maintenance and adoption.
• Map customer journeys and reporting requirements with service managers.
• Lead user acceptance testing and develop test scripts.
• Support data migration and ETL from legacy systems into MRI.
• Develop guidance, templates and training for staff.
• Embed new systems into daily practice and gather feedback.
• Involve residents in design where appropriate.
• Maintain plans, logs, milestones, trackers; escalate if needed.
• Provide progress updates to leadership; support KPI reporting.
• Ensure implementation delivers benefits within timescales and costs.
