Job summary

Investigo is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a large-scale Housing Management System implementation. This high-profile, multi-year transformation will replace legacy processes and require strong vendor engagement and governance.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and risks, and ensure business adoption across stakeholders from housing operations to IT. Prior HMS delivery and complex stakeholder navigation are essential, with a focus on change readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale programmes across business and technology transformations.
• Experience in system selection, procurement or RFP processes.
• Background delivering housing, tenancy or customer services platforms.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the HMS implementation.
• Manage programme roadmap, governance, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Support supplier evaluations and contract discussions.
• Collaborate with business leadership and tech stakeholders on objectives.
• Establish governance, reporting and decision forums.
• Oversee third-party suppliers and implementation partners.
• Drive readiness, change management and user adoption.
• Ensure deployment minimises operational disruption.
• Manage risks, issues and escalations; provide updates to senior leaders.
