A leading company in housing services is seeking a customer service representative to be the first point of contact for housing inquiries. The role involves providing information, monitoring rent accounts, and delivering services to a diverse community with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Be the first point of contact for housing services on reception, receiving enquiries from customers in person, by telephone, by letter and electronically, and provide information and advice on housing services aiming to resolve problems immediately where possible.
1.) Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of housing services and procedures, and ensure procedures are followed when dealing with customer enquiries and requests.
2.) Provide a strong customer-focused service and deliver housing services to a diverse community in a professional and courteous manner.
3.) Monitor property rent accounts, send letters, make agreements to pay, and update records for straightforward low-level arrears cases as directed by the Housing Manager.
4.) Monitor housing applications and housing benefit notifications.
5.) Provide basic office support and administration.
