Locke Hotels is seeking an Interim Hotel Procurement Specialist in London to lead the procurement across the hotel portfolio, securing the right products, services, and supplier partnerships for exceptional guest experiences while delivering commercial value. This interim role requires a commercially minded professional with hospitality experience and strong negotiation skills.

You will review current procurement practices, identify improvements, and support operations through a period of change

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience within hospitality, hotels or multi-site operations.
• Ability to develop procurement strategies that deliver commercial value and savings.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and strategic sourcing skills.
• Experience partnering with operations to deliver procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement across the hotel portfolio to deliver commercial value and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across key spend categories for cost efficiency.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor performance.
• Support operations for openings, refurbishments, and capital projects.
• Analyze spend, identify savings opportunities and support budgeting and reporting.
• Ensure purchasing complies with policies, legal requirements and sustainability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, F&B, Development, and Property teams on procurement initiatives.
