Job summary

Locke is seeking an Interim Hotel Procurement Specialist for its London HQ. The role leads procurement across the hotel portfolio, building supplier partnerships and driving cost efficiencies without compromising quality or brand standards.

As an interim appointment, you will review practices, implement opportunities for improvement, and support operations during a period of change and transformation. The position requires hospitality procurement experience and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience within hospitality, hotels, or multi-site operations.
• Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver value.
• Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement across the hotel portfolio, delivering commercial value while supporting operational excellence.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across key spend categories, driving cost efficiencies.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, mitigate risks.
• Partner with hotel operations to support day-to-day purchasing, openings, refurbishments, and capital projects.
• Analyse spend, identify savings opportunities, support budgeting, forecasting, and procurement reporting.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with policy, law, and sustainable procurement practices.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, F&B, Development, and Property teams on procurement initiatives.
