We are now looking for an experienced Interim Senior Procurement Manager. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead procurement strategy across the Group, building strong supplier partnerships, delivering commercial value and ensuring our hotels receive outstanding quality, service and value. This is hands on role and will be involved in the day to day.
Working closely with hotel leadership teams and Group functions, you will develop and implement procurement strategies that support business objectives, improve margins and strengthen supplier performance across multiple categories.
