Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Procurement Manager for a 4-month contract, immediate start, based in our Commercial Office in Central London.

You will develop and deliver procurement strategies across the group, manage high-value spend, negotiate terms and build strong supplier partnerships with a hands-on approach to ensure quality, value and commercial performance across our luxury hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement within hospitality or a similar customer-focused sector.
• Strong negotiation skills with evidence of delivering cost savings and value.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy across the Group and build supplier partnerships.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and supply agreements with key suppliers.
• Manage high value spend and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and Group functions to align procurement with business objectives.
• Maintain procurement processes and promote best practice across hotels.
