Job summary

Brava Education is assisting a small special school in the East Midlands to recruit an Interim Headteacher to join from Monday 26 October. The role is on-site, full-time, five days a week, with a focus on stabilising leadership and safeguarding a nurturing, neuro-inclusive environment.

You will lead with calm, structured systems, support staff, and may include some teaching, ideally outdoor learning, while the school continues to prioritise pupils with autism, ADHD and other needs.

Qualifications

• Calm, empathetic and well-organised leadership style.
• Experience leading or deputising in a small special school.
• QTS is essential; NPQH would be a bonus.
• Experienced deputies ready to step up; character matters more than years in post.
