Job summary

Interim Financial Controller is an urgent requirement for a fast-growing international technology group. You will own the finance operation across five entities in the US, Canada, Belgium, France and the UK, reporting to the CFO from the City of London.

Lead month-end and year-end closes, coordinate statutory reporting and audits, and manage IFRS compliance (IFRS 15/16) across currencies, leveraging NetSuite to deliver accurate, timely reporting.

Qualifications

• ACA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• IFRS knowledge incl IFRS 15/16.
• Experience multi-entity, multi-currency financial close.
• NetSuite experience.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills.
• Stakeholder management with CFO and SLT.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close across five entities.
• Own the year-end process including statutory reporting and audit coordination.
• Act as go-between for the finance team and CFO with communication and escalation.
• Oversee accounting processes (AR/AP/GL/revenue recognition) and IFRS reporting across jurisdictions.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reporting with variance analysis and business reviews.
• Manage cash flow reporting and forecasting, and partner with business leaders on decisions.
