Reachdesk is seeking an accomplished Controller to lead accounting across six entities and multiple currencies. You will own the close, drive controls, and partner with leaders to implement scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on accounting experience within a multi‑entity environment.
• Deep US GAAP knowledge, ASC 606 and principal vs agent guidance.
• Experience owning multi‑entity, multi‑currency close and consolidation.
• Ability to research accounting positions and communicate recommendations.
• Proven cross‑functional leader with independent and collaborative style.
• Hands‑on ERP experience, especially NetSuite, with automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close and US GAAP consolidation for six entities.
• Manage intercompany, FX revaluation, translation, and closing timelines.
• Lead technical accounting analyses on revenue recognition and related areas.
• Lead group and UK statutory audits from planning through sign‑off.
• Own and improve internal controls, including prepaid wallet funds and duties segregation.
• Oversee statutory accounts and tax compliance with external advisers.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects requiring Finance input and accountability.
• Drive process improvements and automation in NetSuite and integrations.
