Job summary

Universal Business Team is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to lead management accounting and monthly reporting across a multi-entity portfolio, including consolidation and intercompany activities. The role requires expert NetSuite knowledge and will drive ERP improvements within a fast-paced finance environment in Warwick.

The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with practice roots and strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with practice background.
• Experience in multi-entity/group finance environment.
• Strong management accounting and month-end reporting experience.
• Experience producing consolidated financial information.
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting.
• Advanced NetSuite experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities across multiple entities.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
• Produce consolidated financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations and eliminations.
• Ensure balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Assist with statutory reporting and year-end audit requirements.
• Maintain NetSuite expertise within the finance function.
• Support ERP optimisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational and finance stakeholders across the group.
