St Catherine’s Hospice in Grace Holland Avenue, Crawley, West Sussex, is seeking an enthusiastic Interim Financial Controller to lead the Finance Team and deliver robust forecasting, budgeting and management accounts.
This 6‑month, full‑time role (37.5 hours/week) requires regular on‑site presence though some home‑working may be possible; salary £60,000–£65,000 depending on experience, with a DBS check and UK work authorisation.

St Catherine’s Hospice is a respected local charity providing specialist hospice care alongside statutory service partners (GPs, District nursing etc) across West Sussex and East Surrey.

This post is offered on a 6 month interim basis, working 37.5 hours per week. Our full time hours are 37.5 hours per week, worked 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
At St Catherine's we offer work from home opportunities, however, this is adaptable depending on business need and regular onsite presence is required.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for building strong relationships, providing robust and accurate financial forecasting and budgeting data with appropriate analysis to support the Finance Director, Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees in decision making processes and assurance of future sustainability.
