Job summary

St Catherine's Hospice is seeking an Interim Financial Controller to join our finance team in Crawley. The role is 6 months, 37.5 hours per week, with an option for some home working but regular onsite presence required.

You will lead the Finance Team, collaborate with the Finance Director and Senior Management Team, and ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting data, and timely management accounts and cashflow reporting. Salary £60,000–£65,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Interim role for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Team delivering a first-class service to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
• Support the Director of Finance in budgets and forecasts with analysis as required.
• Produce accurate and timely management accounts and cashflow.
