St Catherine’s Hospice is seeking a Weekend Advice Line Assistant to support referrals and queries. The role is permanent part-time (15 hours per week) with weekend shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Saturdays and Sundays, including Bank Holidays.

We are seeking an organised, motivated Advice Line Assistant, with excellent attention to detail skills, time management and organisational skills.
The Weekend Advice Line Assistant will provide support to the Advice Line service on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00am to 4:00pm, including Bank Holidays. The postholder will be expected to attend mandatory training and competency updates. While the role is primarily weekend based, there is an expectation that the successful candidate will be able to attend weekday training sessions and ad hoc update training as required to maintain knowledge, skills, and service standards. Training requirements and attendance arrangements will be discussed at interview.
