Qualifikationen

• Experience of M&A and project management within a Finance environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication, analytical and commercial skills.
• Operational experience across finance, operations, technical areas or CI.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience on acquisition integration projects is preferable.

Aufgaben

• Develop integration project plans and support integration teams and the newly acquired business to ensure synergies are realised in line with the business case.
• Establishes and briefs internal working groups for post-deal integration activities.
• Provide summaries of activities vs plan and updates to management.
• Support communication to key stakeholders regarding project milestones.
• Identify risks and propose solutions; hold regular meetings with stakeholder groups to keep plans on track.
• Manage other projects as required.
