Job summary

GoFractional is seeking an Interim Director of Process Transformation for a ~6 month contract in the London area. The role focuses on moving from siloed hand-offs to end-to-end feature delivery with AI-enabled governance.

You will own redesign, live delivery validation, and a handover playbook, coaching senior leaders for sustained adoption. The position requires hands-on delivery leadership, stakeholder sponsorship from day one, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, hybrid environment

Qualifications

• Proven delivery transformation experience at senior delivery management level.
• Track record moving teams from siloed hand-offs to end-to-end delivery.
• Hands-on, embedded approach delivering change through live delivery.

Responsibilities

• Map current flows and hand-offs across live projects.
• Define end-to-end capability boundaries, roles and decision rights.
• Run the new model through live teams and sprints.
• Coach leaders and hand ownership to the client with a clear playbook.
