Job summary

Mitchell Adam are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business based in Solihull, to support with a Finance Manager position. The role covers end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and cash management, ideally in an international environment.

You will collaborate with senior finance colleagues and shared service teams to strengthen controls, review processes, and promote consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in finance with exposure to AP/AR and controls.
• Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage both AP and AR independently.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end accounts payable and receivable processing.
• Perform balance sheet and sub-ledger reconciliations and cash management.
• Collaborate with senior finance and shared service teams to strengthen controls and drive process improvements.

Mitchell Adam are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business based in Solihull, to support with a well rounded Finance Manager position.

This role will be responsible for the in end-to-end accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations and cash management, ideally within a international environment.

This role will be collaborating with senior finance individuals within the wider business as well as non-financial stakeholders and shared service teams to strengthen controls, review processes and promote consistency.

Ideally, you will:

• Have a minimum of three years' experience within finance with a strong background in AP, AR, financial controls such as balance sheet and subledger reconciliation.
• Experience within a multinational business, an EMEA Finance environment is preferred.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage both the AP and AR activities independently.
