Job summary

IFF Talent - Ingham Frankland Fide is seeking an Interim Finance Consultant in North Leeds. The role offers a hybrid pattern with a day rate or FTC for 3-4 months, with a salary range of £50,000-£60,000 per year.

You will own monthly reporting and analysis, linking data from multiple sources to tell the right business story, while working closely with stakeholders and the current team to ensure a smooth handover.

Qualifications

• Sits in the middle of the numbers, owning key reporting and analysis.
• Experience in a Management Accountant role.
• Comfortable with large volumes of data.
• Strong on reconciliations and controls.
• Commercially curious.
• Confident using ERP systems and Excel.
• Enjoy investigating, questioning and improving.
• Able to join the dots.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounting information.
• Provide sales and margin reporting.
• Handle stock accounting, reconciliations and analysis.
• Conduct standard costing and PPV analysis.
• Carry out cash and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Investigate anomalies and improve reporting accuracy.
• Support month-end processes.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and smarter ways of working.
• Use multiple data sources to tell the right story.
