NexHire Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Interim Fractional Group Financial Controller to lead a growing business's finance function. The role is initially a 6-month assignment, on-site in Leeds, around three days per week, with potential extension or permanency.

You will manage a small finance team, tighten controls, deliver monthly group accounts, and support strategic decisions with cash flow, budgeting and year-end processes.

Qualificações

• Proven track record as a senior finance leader (FC/Head of Finance) delivering monthly group accounts.
• Hands-on approach with strong control environment and process improvement experience.
• Ability to challenge commercial decisions with robust financial insight.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a small Finance Team.
• Improve financial controls, processes and reporting.
• Produce monthly management accounts across multiple group entities.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead year-end and audit preparation.
• Manage bank covenant reporting and financial compliance.
• Collaborate with MD to support strategic decisions.
